Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival.

 

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability.

 

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Free cancellation if cancelled 7 days or more before arrival

• No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-shows

 

4. Refundable Bond
A $150 WST refundable bond is required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure, subject to no damages or breaches of hotel policies.

5. Guests & Identification
All guests must provide valid identification at check-in. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating rules or policies.

 

6. Liability
Hotel Laimoa is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to use in-room safes or secure storage.

 

7. Conduct
Guests must respect hotel property and other guests. Any damage caused may incur additional charges.

 

8. Accessibility
Our facilities are not fully accessible. Please contact us before arrival if you have special
requirements.

 

9. Changes to Terms
Hotel Laimoa reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
